摘要
用不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理,研究河南省常见的4个玉米品种的萌发特性及生理生化特性。结果表明,4个玉米品种的发芽率、光合速率、生物量均随盐分浓度的增加而下降,但不同品种下降程度不同;4个玉米品种在30 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,有利于种子萌发和生物量的积累;4个品种中鲁单981和陕单902耐盐性较强,长城701和农大108的抗盐性较差。
Four corn varieties were treated with NaCI of different concentration. The result showed that the germination rate, photosynthetic rate and biomass of four corn varieties were differently declined with the increasing of the concentration of salt; the seeds germination rate and biomass were increased under the 30 mmol/L NaC1 stress;the resistance of Ludan 981 and Shandan 902 to salt were better than Changcheng 701 and Nongda 108.
