摘要
研究不同温度、pH值以及碳源、氨源对棉花黄萎病菌菌丝生长速率和分生孢子产生量的影响。结果表明,在0-33℃以,供试菌株均能生长,最适温度为25℃;在pH值为3-10时均能生长,最适pH值为5-8;葡萄糖作为碳源时,该病菌在培养基平板上生长最快,分生孢子的产生量最大;氨源以硝酸钠为最佳,其次为脲。硫酸铵作为氨源时菌丝生长速率低于无氨源对照,菌落不形成微菌核,产孢量小,这说明硫酸铵为氨源时不利于病菌菌丝生长及微菌核和分生孢子的形成。
The effects of temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelium growth and conidia production of Verticillium dahliae Kled and the pathogenic fungus causing VerticiUium wilt of cotton in Anhui were studied respectively. The results showed that for the mycelium growth of Verticillium dahliae, the range of temperature was from 0℃ to 33℃, with the optimum being 25℃ and the range of pH was from 3 to10, with the optimum being 5 to 8. Glucose was the best carbon source for the mycelium growth of the fungus. Among the tested nitrogen sources, sodium nitrate was the best, next was urea. Ammonium sulfate was inhibitory to the mycelium growth, micro-sclerotium formation and conidia production of the pathogenic fungus.
