农村剩余劳动力是一个现实的经济社会问题。分析改革开放以来出现的农村剩余劳动力现状,说明只有将农民转移进城才能从根本上解决我国农村剩余劳动力的就业问题。将农民视为理性的经济人,分析其进城的成本与收益两个方面,来揭示影响我国农村剩余劳动力向城市转移的真正原因。

The transfer of rural surqlus labor force is a practical and social problem. In this article the current situation of rural surplus labor force was analyzed and the only way of fundamentally solving surplus labor trausferred into city was illustrated. Then the cost and efficiency before and after transfer were compared to reveal the line reason of the surplus labor transferring.
