摘要
首先给出三相功率因数校正变换器dq同步坐标系下的数学模型和电流解耦控制方法。为了降低开关损耗,使用一种改进的空间矢量脉宽调制方法,此方法使得开关管的开关次数减少为传统空间矢量脉宽调制方法的2/3。在MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK6.0的仿真环境下,分别对传统的空间矢量脉宽调制方法、改进的空间矢量脉宽调制方法以及整个系统进行了仿真分析。从仿真结果可知,在降低开关管开关次数的同时,输入电压和电流同相,实现了功率因数校正。
The mathematical model and the current decoupled control method of three phase PFC converter in d-q synchronous frame is presented at first. In order to reduce the switch losses, an improved SVPWM method is introduced in this paper. It can reduce the switch times to 2/3 of the conventional SVPWM method. In the simulation environment of MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK6.0, the conventional SVPWM method, the improved SVPWM method and the whole system are simulated respectively. It can see from the simulation result, the input voltage and current are in same phase and the PFC is achieved, at the same time, the switch times are also reduced.
