摘要
提出了一种测定牛乳蛋白质光散射常数和浓度的简单方法。用散射光强与透射光强的比值表征所求的光学量是本项研究的一个特点。本文的推导和结论均在公式Ｉｔ＝Ｉ０ｅｘｐ（－μｓｃｄ）成立的范内有效，最后讨论了该公式的适用范围。
