摘要
利用稀土烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的废料作为原料,选用酸溶-复盐沉淀的化学法,进行了制取氧化钕的实验研究。实验表明,制备的氧化钕的纯度≥95%,回收率≥85%。实验的工艺技术及设备是稳定可行的,其它技术经济指标较好。
A study for preparing neodymium oxide from waste Nd-Fe-B materials was conducted by adopting acid solving-composite salt precipitation process. It was experimentally shown that the purity of the oxide reaches 95 % or higher and the yield 85 % or higher. The equipment and technology for the preparation were proven to he feasible and the techno-economic results were proven to he good.
