摘要
报道了激光二极管抽运单片Nd∶GGG热容激光器,实验获得平均输出功率为1.49 kW的激光输出,光-光转换效率为24.1%。同时对介质不同截面内抽运光、温度及温度梯度分布的瞬态三维分布进行了计算模拟。
A laser diode end pumped single chip Nd:GGG heat capacity laser was designed and the output power was 1.49kW with an optical-optical efficiency of 24.1%. The transient three-dimensional pump distribution, temperature and temperature gradient distribution in medium of heat capacity laser are simulated by the ray tracing method and the finite element method.
