摘要
目前世界范围内高血压的控制率低,主要原因是病人的服药依从性差。现对目前提高高血压病人服药依从性的干预措施的有效性进行了评定,分析药品价格和医患关系对依从性的影响,为未来的临床研究和试验研究提供了一个研究方向。
At present the success rate in controlling hypertension is low. A key factor contributing to poor blood pressure control is suboptimal adherence to prescribed therapy by the patient. This article reviews the effectiveness of methods designed to increase patient compliance, and discusses the effect of drug benefit caps and physician-patient communication on compliance, and proposes a framework for future clinical and research.
