摘要 胰岛素抵抗/高胰岛素血症与肾素-血管紧张素系统在高血压的发生、发展中起着举足轻重的作用。血管紧张素Ⅱ的大部分生理作用都是通过血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体介导的。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ不仅调节糖、脂代谢,还调控着血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体mRNA的表达,参与高血压和左室重构的发生、发展。 Insulin resistance / hyperinsulinemia and the renin-angiotensin system play an important role in the development of hypertension. Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR-γ) regulates not only the metabolism of glucide and lipid, but also the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor, which mediates the major action of anglotensin Ⅱ , and is involved in the development of hypertension and left ventricular remodelling.
