输尿管镜治疗输尿管中下段结石62例体会

Ureteroscope and Pneumatic Lithotripter in the Treatment of 62 Patients with Lower and Middle Ureteral Calculi

【目的】探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石。【方法】总结2004年7月至2005年10月应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石62例。【结果】62例中治愈59例,术中结石完全排出的50例,其余病例3日内完全排出,治愈率95.2%。【结论】经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石安全有效,并发症少,是一种有效的方法。

[Objective]To evaluate middle of lower ureteral calculi treated by Wolf ureteroscope and Swiss pneumatic lithotripter（PL） . [Methods] From Jun 2004 to Oct 2005, endoscopic lithotripsy was performed in 62 patients with lower or middle ureteral calculi . [Results]In 62 patients , 59 were cured , the fragmented stones of 50 cases were expelled postoperatively . The cure rate was 95.2%. [Conclusion]The treatment of lower or middle ureteral calculi under ureteroscope with PL is asafe , ideal and effective method with few complications.
