Application of Expanded Skin Flap for Repair of Facial And Neck Skin Defect

【目的】应用皮肤扩张术修复面颈部皮肤缺损。【方法】应用多个扩张器置入面颈胸部正常皮肤下,定期注水行皮肤扩张,扩张后皮瓣修复92例面颈部瘢痕、斑痕、血管瘤等皮肤病变切除后创面。选用不同类型、不同容积的扩张器,以最佳的设计方案埋植一个或数个扩张器,尽量减少术后瘢痕及辅助切口。【结果】除4例扩张器出现感染而取出外,其余病例面颈部器官形态、功能均获得满意效果,随访皮瓣颜色、质地均佳。【结论】面颈胸部有可供扩张的正常皮肤时,皮肤扩张术为面颈部皮肤缺损修复的首选方法。

Objective To repair skin defect of face and neck with expended skin flap. Methods From January 2000 to June 2005, the normal skin of facial and neck area were fully expanded in 92 cases with facial and neck skin defect. The skin defect of facial and neck area resulted from scar or other skin lesion. Different shape and volume of tissue expanders were selected, one or more dilators were set according to the best projects so as to minimize scar and additional incision. [Results]The appearance and function of the faciocervical organs were recovered with satisfaction except 4 cases. [Conclusion]Tissue expending technique is the best method for repair of facial and neck skin defect, whenever there is enough expandable normal skin in face and neck.
