Research Advances in the Contribution of RANTES on the Onset and Treatment of Lupus Nephritis

狼疮肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者最严重的并发症和死亡的主要原因之一,几乎所有SLE患者在病程中均可出现肾脏损伤,达到一定程度可诊断为LN。活化正常T细胞表达和分泌的调节物(RANTES)由正常T细胞分泌和表达,在LN的免疫炎症形成、发展以及肾脏病理损害中起着重要作用,现就近年来RANTES与LN相关研究进行综述如下。

Lupus nephritis（LN） is the most serious complication and chief death causation among SLE patients. Nearly all SLE patients have kidney injuries, and some of them are diagnosed to be LN. RANTES is expressed and secreted in normal T cell, it plays a very important role in the formation and development of inflammatory reaction and pathological lesion in kidney.
