Research Progress of Activating Receptors on NK Cell Surface

摘要 NK细胞识别“自己”和“非己”的能力由NK细胞表面活化性受体传导的活化信号与抑制性受体传导的抑制信号之间的平衡来决定,对NK细胞活化性受体及其配体、信号传导路径的深入研究将为自然杀伤细胞的免疫疗法提供有效途径。 NK cell's ability of recognitions of self or nonself is determined by a delicate balance between inhibitory and stimulatory signals delivered by NK surface receptors. Based on the updated research in activating receptors, ligands, and signal transduction pathways,it would provide the new immunotherapy methods mainly mediated by natural killer cells.
