含芳酰胺MRI造影剂的合成和弛豫性能研究

SYNTHESIS AND RELAXIVITY OF MRI CONTRAST AGENT CONTAINING AROMATIC AMIDE

通过芳胺与二乙三胺五乙酸双酸酐或氨三乙酸酐反应，合成了７种氨羧类配体，将配体与氯化钆反应，制备出相应的配合物．配体和配合物的化学结构用１ＨＮＭＲ、ＩＲ和元素分析表征。

Seven aromatic amide containing amino carboxylic acid ligands had been synthesized by the reaction of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride or nitrilotriacetic anhydride with aromatic amine. Their Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were prepared. Chemical structurs of these new ligands and Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were comfirmed by 1HNMR,IR and elemental analysis. The relaxivity of some of these gadolinium complexes were also investigated.
