摘要
以冠醚聚合物为涂层的压电晶体传感器,对二甲苯气体显示出良好的选择性和吸附可逆性;对气体流速、环境温度、涂层物用量、干扰气体等因素对测量的影响进行了研究;使水汽的干扰可以完全消除。
A crown ether was used as coating meterial on piezoelectric crystal gas sensor for the determination of xylene vapour.This crown ether showed very sensitive,selective and reversible adsorption of xylene.The interference of water vapour was completed eliminated by using a humidifier.Temperature,flow rate,coating mass and other important parameters affecting the detection were studied.The linear response range was 21 ̄650 mg/L with a sensitivity of 0.027 Hz/mg·L -1 .The comprehensive properties of this detector meet the requirement of detection of xylene vapour in working enviroment.
