不同细胞质雄性不育小麦阳离子过氧化物酶和IAA-氧化酶活性的研究 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE ACTIVITIES OF CATION PEROXIDASE AND IAA OXIDASE OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF CYTOPLASMIC MALE STERILITY IN WHEAT

摘要 选用C-型、M-型、Mt2-型、G-型4个不同类型的细胞质雄性不育(CytoplasmicMaleSterility,CMS)小麦为材料,以其保持系中国春作对照,用低pH值(pH4.6)提取酶液,对分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期和抽穗期叶、穗和花药中的阳离子过氧化物酶和IAA-氧化酶活性进行了研究.结果表明:分蘖期和拔节期不育系叶中阳离子过氧化物酶和IAA-氧化酶活性都比保持系略低;抽穗期叶、穗和花药中不育系两种酶的活性都比保持系高.故认为,小麦植株随着发育进程,其体内尤其是穗和花药中阳离子过氧化物酶和IAA-氧化酶活性增强,导致IAA亏缺。 Using four types(C,M,Mt 2 ,G) of cytoplasmic male sterile of wheat, (Aegilops triuncialis)CS,(Ae.heldreichii)CS,(Ae.mutica)CS, (T.zhukovskyi)CS as experiment materials,and their maintainer Chinese Spring ( CS, Triticum aestivum) as contrast,the activities of cation peroxidase and IAA oxidase in leaves,ears and anthers were studied during tillering stage,elongation stage,booting stage and heading stage. Enzymes were extracted in the medium of pH4.6.The results were shown as follows: In the tillering stage and elongation stage,the activities of both cation peroxidase and IAA oxidase in leaves of the male sterile lines were all lower than that of their maintainer.In the heading stage,the activities of the both enzymes of the sterile lines were all prominently higher than their maintainer.So it has been shown that activities of cation peroxidase and IAA oxidase became higher in plants, specially in the ears and anthers in process at the growth and development of the wheat.The higher activities of the two enzymes in the ears and anthers of male sterile lines in heading stage might cause the destruction of IAA,it was probably associated with the biochemical cause of male sterility.
