摘要
利用模糊数学的原理提出一个定量综合评判物管专业人员的方法。本评判考核方法可用于选拔人才、年终考核、评选先进、发放资金、晋升职称和业务考核等方面。着重讨论评判的思路、评判要素体系的设计、评判指标的确定及评判的实施等问题、克服了定性评判的诸多缺点,代之以量化方法解决问题。
This paper pUts forward a method of quantitatively and comprehensively judging professional personnels in materials management using a principle of fuzzy mathematics. The method will be used to select personnal. examine them year-endly and advanced workers. grant fund. promote the title of a technical or professional post and examine vocationally. etc. It especially discusses the problems of judgement thinking. the design of essential system. the targets how to be decided and judgement excuted and so on. It's overcome many shortcomings in quantitatively judgement instead of quantized method to settle problems.
