The management model of logistics system in industrial enterprise is one of the major areas of international logistics research at present. On the basis of analyzing the status of logistics management at home and abroad, this paper will put forward to set up a basic thinking and method of a good logistics system model in order to study to establish a system model of enterprise logistics suitable to our national conditions.
