摘要
16只新西兰大白兔做成一种大的骨关节缺损模型.缺损处用带血管骨膜与同种异体脱钙骨关节联合移植.结果:①带血管骨膜与同种骨关节联合移值产主良好的功能性新骨,但新生骨稍短于原骨缺损的长度(P<0.01);②原关节软骨迅速发生了坏死并被纤维结缔组织替代.
A large osteoarticular defects was produced on 16 New Zealand rabbits. The gaps were filled by segmen-tal demineralized osteoarticular allograft (SDOA) together with vascularized periosteum autograft (VPA). Results were as follows: (1) The combination of SDOA and VPA produce a good functional new bone. The length of the new bone,however,was shorter than the original defects (P<0. 01). (2)The articular cartilage rapidly deteriorated and was replaced by a fibroconnective tissue.
