在简要介绍华东区域电网科技信息公共平台建设的背景、目标和基本原则的基础上,重点介绍了科技信息公共平台一期建设的情况,包括科技信息公共平台的整体框架、提供的服务、相关技术特点,并就二期建设的主要内容、平台长效运作需解决的问题进行了简要阐述。
The background, target, and basic principles of the common S＆T information platform for East China Power Grid are introduced, and the overall framework, sen, ice provided, relevant technical features of the common S＆T information platform during its first construction stage are analyzed emphatically. The main contents and problems that should be solved to realize its long-effective operation during the second construction stage are introduced briefly.
