局部高危前列腺癌的新辅助化疗 被引量：2

摘要 前列腺癌是欧美男性最常见的恶性肿瘤，据美国癌症协会预测，2006年美国将新增234460例前列腺癌患者，而同期约有27350例患者死于该病。在美国，由于前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）作为筛查工具的广泛使用，临床局限性前列腺癌的检出明显增加，目前16％的患者在诊断时为局部高危病例。
