摘要
糖链作为生物信息分子参与细胞生物几乎所有的生命和疾病过程,起特异性的识别、介导、调控等信号转导作用。神经系统发育、神经网络形成、神经再生连接和神经肌肉连接等方面都涉及糖链的参与。糖链在神经系统中发挥着不可取代的作用,而且糖链又因其结构的多样性、复杂性和微观不均一性引起其功能在神经系统中的多样性。
