糖链结构在神经系统中的功能作用

摘要 糖链作为生物信息分子参与细胞生物几乎所有的生命和疾病过程,起特异性的识别、介导、调控等信号转导作用。神经系统发育、神经网络形成、神经再生连接和神经肌肉连接等方面都涉及糖链的参与。糖链在神经系统中发挥着不可取代的作用,而且糖链又因其结构的多样性、复杂性和微观不均一性引起其功能在神经系统中的多样性。 Sugar chains are biosignals for multi-cellular organisms including cell-cell communication,quality control of proteins,and sorting of proteins within cells,Sugar chain-bearing glycoproteins,glycolipids or proteoglycans play pivotal roles in nervous system development,Sugar chains extensively involve the process of the nervous system development,neural network formation,the neuromuseular junction,and neurogenesis,Moreover,the variety of sugar Chains lead to their different fimetions in nervous system.
