摘要
通过24个用再生混凝土多孔砖砌筑的试件的抗压试验,讨论了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的裂缝发展特点和变形规律;根据抗压试验结果,建立了抗压强度计算公式和再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗压强度设计值的建议取值。结果表明,再生混凝土多孔砖是脆性材料,在正常的使用状态下,不会出现裂缝,可以成为替代黏土砖的一种新型墙体材料。
The developing feature of cracks and transfiguration law of reclaimed concrete perforated brick masonry are discussed by compression tests of 24 specimens which were made of reclaimed concrete perforated bricks;establishes the calculation formula of compression strength and proposal value of compression strength design value for reclaimed concrete perforated brick masonry based on the result of compression tests.The result proves that reclaimed concrete perforated brick is a brittle material that will not accrue to crack under normal service modes so it can be a new wall material substitute for clay brick.
