水性钢结构防火涂料膨胀阻燃体系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 分析了水性树脂基料在水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料中的作用,采用热重分析法(TG)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析比较了水性硅丙树脂、纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液等基料对防火涂料防火性能的影响,得出水性硅丙树脂具有较好的防火性能。采用正交实验法研究了各因素对涂料防火性能的影响,确定了防火涂料的基料与阻燃剂的最佳配比为:m(水性硅丙树脂)∶m(聚磷酸铵)∶m(三聚氰胺)∶m(季戊四醇)=3.5∶4∶4∶3。 This paper analyzes the role of waterborne resin base material in steel structure intumescent fireproof paint.Analyzes and compares the influence of base materials such as waterborne silicone-acrylate resin, acrylic emulsion,and styrene-acrylic emulsion on fire protecting performance of fireproof paint by using thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).It is found that waterborne siliconeacrylate resin has better fire protecting performance.The influence of each element on fire protecting performance of the paint is studied by orthogonal design,and determines the optimum proportion of base material and flame retardant of fireproof paint: m (waterborne silicone-acrylate resin): m (ammonium polyphosphate): m (melamine): m (pentaerythritol) =3.5:4:4:3.
