摘要
介绍了接枝聚合物保坍剂的分子设计与合成,详细研究了新型羧酸类接枝共聚物高效保坍剂的性能,试验表明:当保坍剂掺量为水泥用量的0.03%~0.08%时,与传统的萘系减水剂复配使用不但具有良好的保塑效果,提高萘系减水剂的分散性能,而且不影响混凝土凝结时间,具有良好的增强效果;复掺保坍剂的混凝土28d干燥收缩率与单掺萘系减水剂相比降低了10%左右,同时与基准混凝土相比也有所降低。
The molecular design and synthesis of grafted polymer slump retaining agent was introduced and particularly studied the performance of novel carhoxylic grafted copolymer slump retaining agent.The experiments indicate that when the content of slump retaining agent is 0.03%-0,08% of cement amount,mixed with traditional naphthalene sulphonated-formaldehyde condensate (FDN),it not only shows an excellent slump retaining ability,increases the dispersion ability of FDN,hut also shows excellent strength enhance without retarding cement setting time; and dry shrinkage of concrete compound mixed with slump retaining agent at 28 days decreases about 10% compared with simply mixed FDN,and that also has somewhat decrease compared with reference concrete.
