摘要 利用稻草研究了糖化发酵生产乙醇的工艺。在糖化、发酵二步工艺中,采用正交试验,得出了台湾酵母利用稻草粉水解液发酵产乙醇的最佳培养条件:起始pH5.0,接种量15%,培养时间48h,培养温度为30℃。乙醇浓度可以达到3.105%(v/v)。 The techniques for the production of ethanol by separated hydrolysis and fermentation (SHF) using straw powder were studied. The optimal fermentation conditions, which were obtained by orthogonal test in SHF with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Taiwan), were shown as following: initial pH value was 5.0, inoculation volume was 15%, culture time was 48 hours, and culture temperature was 30℃. Under above conditions, the ethanol concentration reached 3.105% (v/v).
