通过测量一系列标准酒精溶液的燃烧热后,建立标准酒精溶液酒精度与燃烧热的关系模型,再利用所得到的关系模型计算出所对应的饮用酒的酒精度。此法准确、简便、实用,可用于日常检测工作。

This paper introduced a determination method of alcohol content based on the combustion heat value. By determining the combustion heat value of a series of standard alcohol solution, a correlative model between alcohol content and combustion heat value was obtained. Thus the alcohol content of alcoholic drink could be determined by the model. This method was proved to be accurate, simple and convenient and could be used in routine analysis.
