摘要
本论文研究了铁基烧结凸轮材料经宽带激光表面淬火前后的显微组织、硬度及其摩擦学特性。研究结果表明:经激光表面淬火后,铁基烧结凸轮材料的耐磨性得到了显著的改善,摩擦系数也明显降低。在摩擦过程中,摩擦表面形成一具有高硬度的表面层,在摩擦表面层的最表层还覆盖着一层表面膜。该表面膜的存在可进一步改善铁基烧结凸轮材料的耐磨性。
Microstructure, microhardness and tribological properties of ferrous sintered cam materials were investigated under two state (sintered and wide-band laser surface quenched). The experimental results indicated that the wear resistance and friction coefficient are remarkably improved after wide-band laser surface quenched. A surface layer possessing high hardness is formed during the course of friction, and a surface film covers on the surface layer. The formation of the surface film can improve the wear resistance of ferrous sintered cam materials.
