摘要
通过对空调生产工艺及系统工作循环过程的研究,将PLC控制技术应用于辊道式输送机,使该输送系统自动化程度高、输送精确,有效提高产品质量,减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低设备故障率,加长使用周期。
Through studying of the air-condition production process and system cycle course, PLC is used in the roller bed control system. It makes the system more automatic and accurate, and effectively improves product quality, diminishes the intensity of labour, increases product efficiency, reduces equipments fault rate, prolonges the working life of system.
