Study on the Products of Reaction of S-Methyl-N-Cyano-N′- (3-Pyridyl)isothiourea with Amines

本文报道了S-甲基-N-氰基-N′-(3-吡啶基)异硫脲与胺的反应产物,产物结构主要取决于胺的结构。与位阻小的脂肪胺或脂环胺反应时,只生成正常产物氰胍衍生物;而与位阻较大的脂环胺反应时,除正常产物氰胍衍生物外,还同时生成共轭二亚胺或亚胺类副产物;与位阻很大的胺反应时,只生成共轭二亚胺类副产物。所有这些共轭二亚胺或亚胺类副产物均为未见文献报道的新化合物。

The products of reaction of S-methyl-N-cyano-N'-(3-pyriyl)isothiourea with amines were reported in this article. The product structures were mainly dependent upon the structures of the amines used. When the amine was an aliphatic chain or cyelo amine with little stoic hindrance, normal product cyanoguanidine derivative was given. When the amine was an aliphatic cyclo amine with much steric hindarnce, besides normal product cyanoguanidine derivative, the eonjugated diimine-type or imine-type byproduct was also obtained. Sometimes only the conjugated diimine-type byproduct was obtained. All these conjugated diimine and imine-type byproducts were novel compounds.
