摘要 目的:了解部分男性尿路感染是否与阴道加德纳菌(GV)有关。方法:用特异性和敏感性都比较高的PCR法检测尿液中GV-DNA。结果:122份尿标本阳性23份,阳性率为18·9%。结论:GV在男性尿路感染中的致病性具有一定意义。 Objective：To study the relationship between Gardnerella vaginalis and urinary tract infection in males. Methods：Gardnerella vaginalis DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction. Results： The urine samples of 23 cases were positive in that 122 cases. The positive rate was 18.9%. Conclusion：Gardnerella vaginalis play a role in urinary tract infection in males.
