摘要 制备了小鼠坐骨神经和舌下神经损伤动物模型,观察人神经生长因子(hNGF)im对外周感觉和运动神经损伤的保护作用,结果hNGF 100~400 u/kg呈剂量依赖性加快坐骨神经损伤小鼠痛觉和后肢运动功能以及舌下神经损伤小鼠舌运动功能的恢复,表明该药对外周神经损伤有一定的保护作用。 The animal models of sciatic nerve and hypoglossal nerve injury were prepared to study the effects of human nerve growth factor (hNGF) im on peripheral sensory nerve and motor nerve in mice. The recovery of algesia and hind limb kinetism from sciatic nerve injury,and of lingual kinetism from hypoglossat nerve injury was promoted by hNGF of 100~400 u/kg on a dose-dependent man her. The results show that hNGF dispalys a significant protective effect on peripheral nerve injury.
