摘要
经紫外线单亲灭活的软化芽孢杆菌Bacillus macerans 30-6原生质体和氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌Glucunobacter oxydans 10-3原生质体在PEG(MW6000)诱导下进行融合。在含利福平的YE再生培养基上筛选融合子,融合频率为2.8×10^(-7)。
The fusion of UV irradiated protoplast of Bacillus macerans B30-6 and living protoplast of Chiconobacter oxydans G10-3 was presented. The experiment of fusion was carried out in hypertonic buffer containing PEG_(6000). Fused cells were screened in YE medium with rifomycin and BTB medium, and the frequency of fusion was 2.8×10^(-7).
