介绍建设黄冈市区广播电视综合信息网的设想,采用的技术模式,网络系统的设计原则,技术指标的分配以及网络建设等建网思路。
This article elaborated the mentality of constructing Huanggang broadcast and television synthesis information network tentative plan, used technical pattern, the network system design principles, distribution of technical target and network construction and so on.
