摘要临床上应用桩冠修复残根残冠已非常普及,但在使用桩核系统时很少有人考虑到所制作的桩冠可能需要去除。实际上,在桩冠、桩核冠修复后出现根尖炎症、牙根穿孔及桩折断则需去除根管内的桩。本文就近年来国内外应用超声波去除桩的效率及去桩过程中可能导致的问题予以综述。
