光固化树脂核在残根残冠修复中的临床应用

摘要 随着治疗及修复技术的发展,越来越多的残根残冠得以保存。桩冠是临床上修复残根残冠的常用方法.尤其是后牙残冠对修复体的固位和强度要求较高,多根管牙的铸造桩核较难取得共同就位道,操作较复杂,患者复诊次数多。采用光固化树脂核修复残根残冠,简化了操作难度及流程,并且取得较好的效果。现介绍如下:
