综合型医院PACS的设计与应用体会

The Design and Experience of PACS System in Large-scale Comprehensive Hospitals

目的:介绍了南京医科大学附属南京第一医院医学影像存档与通信系统(PACS)的设计与应用体会。方法:把具有医学数字成像及通信影像设备(digitalimagingandcommunicationinmedicine)连接成医院的PACS;将传统的胶片存储模式与现代的PACS相比较。结果:传统的胶片存储模式在影像和管理与存储上存在种种弊端,PACS实现了统一存储和资源共享。结论:PACS的应用明显提高了放射科及相关科室的工作效率,方便了工作、教学、科研和会诊,提高了医院的社会效益。

Objective To introduce the design and experience of a large-scale comprehensive hospitals of PACS（picture archiving and communication system）. Methods All modalities with or without DICOM were integrated into PACS; Traditional film storage pattern was compared with PACS. Results Traditional film storage pattern is a variety of corrupts practice in administration and storage ofpatient image files. PACS＇s implementation can store all kinds of patient image data,and share the resources. Conclusion The practice has demonstrated that the application of PA（TS obviously raise work efficiency of radiology department ad correlative departments, and improve work quality, education environment, scientific research and consultation, lift our hospital＇s social benefits.
