目的:观察注射用头孢噻肟钠、他唑巴坦钠稳定性。方法:本品经影响因素试验、加速试验、长期试验,考察其外观、pH值、水分及含量、降解产物等变化。结果:本品稳定性较好,暂定有效期为2a。

Objective Study on the stability of cefotaxime sodium tazobactam sodium for injection. Methods Investiga ted the transformation for the exterior,pH and moisture content with stress testing,accelerated testing and long-time testing. Conclusion The stability is well,the shelf-life could be tentatively given for two years.
