不同时间血压测量结果差异情况分析

目的:观察高血压患者就诊时即刻血压与休息后血压差异及高血压患者左右上肢血压差异。方法:根据中国高血压防治指南(试行稿)规定血压测量方法,对267例患者进行就诊时即刻血压测量和休息20min后血压测量结果对照。对195例患者行左、右上肢血压测量结果对照。结果:就诊时即刻血压与休息后的血压测量结果对照差异有显著性(P<0.01)。左右上肢血压测量结果对照差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:患者就诊时测量血压必须休息20min以上方可测量血压,否则得到的血压测量结果不能代表其日常的真实情况,左右上肢均可测量,结果同样可靠。

Objective When the patients who are suffering from high blood pressure, come to seek medical advices, study the differences of their blood pressure measured immidiately and after a rest. The blood pressure measured at the left and right upper limbs, Methods According to the measuring blood pressure,which is provided for by 〈 The Guide of Treating And Profecting High Blood Pressure of China〉 （Trial Document）, compare the results of the blood presure measured irnmidiately and afterarestof 20 min utes for 267patients whocome toseel medical advices, Rsults Comparing the results, the blood pressure measured immidiately ang after a rest is Obviously different （P〈0.01）, the blood pressure measured at the left and right upper limbs is not different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion When the patients come to seel medical advices,the blood pressure maybe measurde after arest of 20 minutes or more. Otherwise the results of the measured blood pressure can not represent the everyday true states. Any upper limbs,left or right, can be measured at, and the results are salnely reliable.
