摘要
目的:观察饮食量对小鼠体重、血糖、血脂和抗氧化作用的影响。方法:将昆明小鼠40只,随机分为4组,即超量饮食A组、适量饮食B组、适当限量饮食C组和过度限量饮食D组,均自由饮水,饲养35d后,测量体重,测定血糖、血脂、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(MDA)及蛋白含量。结果:A组小鼠体重显著高于B组、C组和D组(P<0.01),D组与B、C两组的体重也有明显差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);B、C两组小鼠血浆中SOD活性明显高于D组(P<0.05),而MDA含量明显低于D组(P<0.05);D组小鼠血浆中蛋白含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),4组间血糖、血脂和GSH-Px活性均无明显差异,可能与喂养时间不长有关。结论:限制饮食量能明显降低体重,适量饮食和适当限量饮食有较强的清除自由基和抗氧化的能力,而过度限制饮食则相反。
Objective: To study the effects of diet amount on body weight, plasma glucose, plasma lipids and anti-oxidation in mice. Methods: Four groups(A, B, C, D)of mice were fed respectively with sufficient food(〉6.0g/d, per mouse), the just right amount food(4. 0g/d, per mouse), lower amount food (3.34g/d, per mouse), significant lower amount food (1.8g/d, per mouse). 35 days later the weight, the plasma TC, TG, G, MDA and protein were determined, while the activities of plasma SOD and GSH-Px were measured,too. Results.. The body weight of group A was significantly higher than that of the group B,C and D(P〈0.01), the body weight of group D was lower than that of the group B and C (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05); the activity of plasma SOD of the group B and C was higher than that of group D(P〈0.05) ,however the level of plasma MDA was lower than that of the group D (P〈0.05) ; The level of plasma protein of the group D was higher than that of the group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Limit to a food amount can decrease body weight, an appropriate amount of food can enhance the action of anti-oxidation.
