摘要
回转窑广泛应用于冶金、耐火材料、水泥、化工和造纸等工业部门,作为燃烧装置为物料锻烧提供必要的热量。由于窑内炽热气流与物料之间的换热效率低,回转窑生产过程中产生了大量的余热,如何最大程度地利用这些余热资源就变的非常重要。本文从预热技术和冷却技术两方面系统全面地分析和阐述了回转窑余热资源综合利用的国内外研究现状,并对预热技术和冷却技术的研究工作做了展望。
Rotary kilns, as combustion equipments, which supply necessary heat for material calcination, are widely applied to metallurgy, refractories, cement industry, chemical industry and paper making industry. Because of the lower heat exchange efficiency between fiery gas and materials, there is lots of waste heat resources which is produced during the process of production, and how to utilize these waste heat resources has become very important. Domestic and foreign research status and analysis of waste heat resources utilization of rotary kilns is totally and systemically discussed in this paper based on preheating technology and cooling technology, and the trend of the research on preheating technology and cooling technology is put forword.
