Analysis on the affecting factors about industrial cluster development in Ningbo

从分析宁波服装产业集群现状出发,提出集群发展存在的主要问题.运用调研和统计分析方法,分析影响宁波服装产业集群发展区位因素、投资环境、政府效率、科技创新资源、思想观念和相关产业影响等6个因素.在此基础上,提出建立以科技创新为核心的合作竞争的机制,即以政府和行业协会、高校和科研院所为横向支撑,建立纺织服装研究基地、服装制造基地、品牌服装产品市场三层纵向网络机制.

The current condition of Ningbo textile-clothing industrial cluster is analysed, and the main problems are point out. By using Gu Lin method,the six factors those are condition of district, condition of investment,efficiency of governoment, resource of sci-tech innovation, concept, effect of related industry, which affect the development of the clothing industry are analysed. Based on the result,it is put forward that the enterprises should set up cooperative and competitive system with the core of sci-tech innovation.
