摘要
根据海空背景下的红外图像特性,设计了一种新的对噪音鲁棒的目标背景对比度增强方法。在此基础上提出了一种基于目标局部能量正态分布的自适应目标提取方法。实验结果表明了算法在对红外斑点目标进行单帧提取时的精确性和高效实用性。
According to the features of an infrared image against the ocean and sky background, a new target-to-background contrast enhancement method which is robust to noise is designed. Then, on the basis of this method, an adaptive target extraction method based on the normal distribution of the local energy of a target is proposed. The experiment results have shown that this algorithm is accurate and highly practical when it is used to extract the spot targets in a single frame.
