功能性苯丙乳液改性水泥基材料的研究 被引量:4

Study on Functional Styrene-acrylate Emulsion Modified Cement Based Materials

摘要 以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸酯和反应性离子型乳化剂乙烯基磺酸盐、苯乙烯磺酸盐及反应性非离子型乳化剂甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯为原料通过自由基水乳液聚合制备了苯丙共聚物乳液。研究了乳液用量对水泥净浆和水泥砂浆等水泥基材料的减水率、强度、粘接性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,共聚物乳液对水泥基材料减水率和粘接性具有大的贡献并具有优良的耐水性,并且对水泥无明显的缓凝作用。水泥净浆和水泥砂浆的减水率分别高达42%和32%。拉伸强度比空白分别增大206%和215%,28 d抗压强度分别从65.3 MPa增大到83.2 MPa和从52.5 MPa增大到58.2 MPa,砂浆抗折强度从6.8 MPa增大至12.5 MPa。水泥净浆和水泥砂浆的24 h吸水性分别为0.83%和0.33%。 A novel functional styrene- acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by the free radical water emulsion polymerization of styrme, metharylate and reactive ionic emulsifier vinyl sulfate, styrene sulfate and reactive nonionic enmlsifier poly glycol methacrylate. The effects of content of the enmlsion on the water- reducing ratio, strength, adhesion and water resistance of cement based materials such as cement and mortar were studied. The results showed that the cement based materials ramified by styrene - acrylate emulsion had high water - reducing ratio, good adhesion, excellent water resistance, and did not have obvious netardation effect on cement.The water- reducing ratio of the cement and mortar reached 42% and 32% respoctively.The tensile strength of cenment and mortar increased 206 % and 215 % respectively compared with blank, and the 28 days compressive strength went up to 83.2 MPa and 58.2 MPa from 65.3 MPa and 52.5 MPa respectively.The breaking strength of the tmaar was improved from 6.8 MPa to 12.5 MPa. The 24 hours water absorption of cement and mortar were 0.83 % and 0.33 % respoctivdy.
