常温生产SBS防水涂料的研究

Study on Production of SBS Waterproof Coating under Normal Temperature

以SBS为主要成膜物质,常温生产防水涂料。使用混合溶剂溶解SBS,用增黏树脂和改性剂使之改性,在常温下生产SBS防水涂料。实验结果表明:使用16%的线型SBS,用15%的石油树脂和萜烯树脂作改性剂、使用50%的丙酮、环己烷、溶剂油和二甲苯等作为混合溶剂、用10%的800目的云母粉和滑石粉作填料,生产的产品性能较好。选用易溶、低毒、价廉的混合溶剂,能够在常温下迅速溶解SBS,加入改性剂后能改善SBS的粘接性能和耐候性,由此生产的SBS防水涂料断裂延伸率大,耐低温性能优良,防水抗渗效果好。

Waterproof coating was produced under normal temperature with SBS as the key film forming material. SBS dissolved in the mixed solvent, with the modification by tackifying resin,SBS waterproof coating was prepared under normal temperature.The result showed that the performance of product was good with 16% linear SBS, 15 % petrol resin and terpene resin as modifier,50% mixed solvent eonsisting of acetone, hexamethylene, miscella and dimethylbenzene, and 10% mica and talcum powder with 800 meshes as filler.Selectlng easy soluble,less poisonous and cheap mixed solvent,SBS could dissolve in it instantly under normal teraperature, and the adhesion and weather resistance of SBS could be improved by adding modifier. The waterproof SBS coating produced by this method had high percentage elongation at rupture, and its performances of low temperature resistance,waterproof ability and anti seepage effect were excellent.
