An Improvement on the Label-affixing Machine Control System on the Manufacture Line Pouring Drink into Bottle

采用变频器进行电动机控制,将原来只有快、慢两个速度的电动机变成了无级调速;应用PLC控制代替原来的继电器—接触器控制;在PLC与变频器连接处设计了抗干扰电路;实现了饮料瓶装线上贴标机控制系统的技术改造.

This paper introduces control of motors by using frequency-transformer, which changes two kinds of speed （faster and slower） into gearless speed regulation. And PLC control replaces relay-contactor control. Resisting interference circuit is designed between PLC and frequency-transformer. So an improvement is realized, which improves the label-affixing machine control system on the manufacture line pouring drink into bottle.
