煤矿泵房高压电机智能控制应用系统

摘要 对煤矿泵房高压电机智能控制系统进行了研究,所设计的控制系统可以实现以下功能:根据水位的实际情况,自动完成水泵的切换工作;根据现场实际信息确定水泵的开、停时间.将PLC的所有信息经矿井监测监视系统传输到地面调度室,实时监视和控制井下水泵的运行情况,通过模拟画面提供各种运行及故障信息,并可打印各类运行报表、事故记录、历史数据及统计报表等.通过智能控制系统的方案设计和WinCC软件仿真系统,对现有的高压电机控制设备进行改进、完善,改进后的设备据有较高的安全性、可靠性和节能性,自动化程度高,适用于煤炭及其他企业高压电动机的起动控制. This paper mainly studies intelligent control systems of the high-voltage motors used in mine water pumps. The designed control system can achieve the following functions: according to the actual circumstance of the water level, the shift work of water pumps is fulfilled automatically, according to the spot actual information to design the time when water pumps are turned on or turned off. The all information of the PLC is transmitted to the ground control center by the mine monitor system. Keep watching on the movement circumstance of the water pump. According to the imitate appearance to provide various movement and break down information, and can print every kind of sheet about movement statement, the trouble record, the history data and statistices statement etc. According to the project design and the WINCC software of the intelligence control system imitate true system, to improve the existing high-voltage electrical motor control equipments. Occupy the higher safety, credibility and economy energy after improving, automate degree high. Be applicable to the high-voltage motors of coalmine and the other business enterprise to finish start and stop control.
