摘要 较全面论述了三维机械设计软件SolidWorks的特性,指出了其中本土化的不足之处;以肋板及其薄板结构为例,分析了在三维造型及绘制剖面图中存在的与国标不一致的问题,充分挖掘SolidWorks三维实体与二维工程图的内部自动转换功能,通过一些特殊手段进行变通处理,给出了解决该问题的几种方法和技巧,使肋的剖切绘图变得简便快捷,从而解决了与国标不一致的问题,提高了绘图效率. Characteristics of SolidWorks (the three-dimensional mechanical design software) and its lack of use in China are wholly discussed in the paper. Taking the structure of rib and sheet metal as an example, problems not in accordance with the national standard in the three-dimensional modeling and section drawing have been analyzed, and several kinds of corresponding methods and techniques are presented to solve the problem by fully availing itself of the interior function of automatic switching between the 3D entity and 2D engineering drawing with the help of adaptation disposal, which simplifies and speeds the graphic process of rib section, solves problems inconsistent with the national standard, and further enhances the drawing efficiency.
