中国神话研究现状:进程中的反思——以2004年神话研究为中心的分析

Reflection on the Progress——on the Current Situations in Chinese Myth Research——Based on the Myth Research in 2004

2004年神话理论研究的突出成果有反思神话的定义与以图腾主义研究神话;《山海经》研究方法的争鸣与反思等。而少数民族神话研究者少、外国神话研究重复不前、田野调查及相关研究少等问题也亟待引起学者们重视。研究者要有反思意识,注意研究的规范化、多学科观照及加强学术争鸣与对话。

The outstanding achievements in the research of myth theories in 2004 were mainly the reflection on the definitions of myth, myth research based on Totemism, the discussion and reflection on the research methods of ＂Shah - hal - king ＂（ Classics of Mountains and Seas ） and so on. But scholars should aiso pay attention to some existing problems. For instance, very few scholars studied the myth of the ethnic groups; the research on the foreign myth was repeating and lagged behind; very few spot investigations and relevant studies were still carried on. Scholars shall have the consciousness of reflection, give attention to the standardization of the research and comparison of multiple subjects, and strengthen academic discussions and dialogues.
