边境青年农民社会心态的调适的基本目标就是使边境青年农民保持与边境社会经济政治文化发展相适应的一种和谐的社会心态,使人与社会协调发展。调适的基本方法是大力发展边境地区社会生产力;校正青年农民价值取向;倡导文明健康科学的生活方式;坚持正确的舆论导向;建立乡村两级心理辅导机构,积极开展心理咨询服务。

The basic aim of adjusting the social psychological attitude of the youth on the border of Guangxi, is to propel the young peasants＇ attitudes to harmoniously adapt the social, economical, political, and cultural development at the frontier, which is to keep the harmonious development between human and society. The basic method of adjusting is to diligently develop the social productivity on the border of Guangxi, correct their value orientation, sparkplug the civil, healthy and scientific ways of llfe, stick to the correct public direction, and build up psychological tutoring organizations at the levels of both the township and the village in order to carry out the psychological counseling service positively.
